Nothing, company policies maintain by management, HR is very diplomatic and harmful. Financially very poor.

Dislikes

Firstly they will show very familiar. Back office not willing to help for learn the company's system. They doing work just like govt office. Always gossiped out of official. Designation wise salary distributed to employees. There is no fixed salary date. At least 2months late running to get the salary. Expense is very poor . Requesting don't go . Gradually they will show you are servant.

As company is having multiple products, separate verticals should be there to focus on each product. As there will be some limitations from front line person to sell all products, it is getting diluted at front level.
