1. Not monitoring managers behavior towards team members. 2. Exit interviews to be done by anyone of the management member (Owner) 3. Blindly trusting on Exe.com (other than owners). 4. Getting rid of older employees thinking they are "bad debts" 5. As per management "HR is playing very big role" to generate revenue than operation and sales team.

Every thing is worst and there no proper process , there is no work life balance. While joining HR Will offer many benifits, but after joining only you will find what is there and what is not there in the company.

Nothing is good here. The Company is filled up with Stupid Managers, annoying and irrational HR and hypocrite founders. Management is not sure about their work requirements and end up doing same work multiple times. It's a loss making company which will never see face of profit because of mismanagement, biasedness, lack of tactics.

Dislikes

High Attrition rate, poor work culture, stringent mentality, lack of flexibility and many more. Don't make the mistake of joining this company or else you will suffer.
