EVERYTHING. The SCM team is the most lowsey team in the office. Only gossips go around specially by the finance head. Derogatory comments against women are passed by the same finance head. It's a matchmaking website rather than a company. I had some good times with a few colleagues but that was it. No promotions or anything. Just insulting

The leadership style of the owner, Ayush Kejriwal, tends to be overly micromanaging, which stifles creativity and innovation. This approach often leaves employees feeling undervalued and distrusted, contributing to a sense of instability within the workplace. There appears to be a significant lack of empathy and effective leadership, as employees frequently feel their contributions are not acknowledged or appreciated. The owner’s decision-making process seems heavily influenced by external opinions, which undermines confidence in his ability to lead with a clear, strategic vision. The overall management style lacks professionalism and fails to foster a culture of respect or trust at the beginning of the year trained on processes, and then let go within 3-4 months without justified cause. This practice reflects poorly on the organization’s commitment to employee retention and career development. Additionally, the daily routine includes a demoralizing practice where employees are required to stand and justify their previous day’s work. This further highlights the lack of trust and appreciation within the workplace culture. The HR team’s approach has been disappointing, as they often provide misleading assurances to employees, creating a false sense of job security. I wish there was something to like in the organisation.
Here goes the list I recently parted ways with my previous organization, and unfortunately, my experience was far from positive. The company laid off employees without any prior notice, which was unprofessional and left many of us in a difficult financial position. What made it even worse was the way the organization operates—hiringcandidates on a temporary basis without any long-term security, putting employees in constant financial crisis. I had requested some time to find a new job after being let go, but the director, instead of offering any support or understanding, refused to listen. Instead, he would lecture employees on how they should manage their finances and make savings, all while showing a complete lack of empathy for the situation. It felt incredibly hypocritical, especially given the lack of stability the company provided. During quieter times, the director would impose additional sales work with unrealistic targets, adding unnecessary stress when we were already struggling with job insecurity and financial pressures. It was a constant juggling act with no consideration for our well-being. The director’s leadership style was also discouraging to creativity. Instead of supporting the ideas or contributions of employees, he showed little interest in fostering innovation. The culture was one of micromanagement rather than encouragement, and employees were rarely given the space to explore or express new ideas. Ironically, the director praised those who stayed late in the office, pushing the idea that it was something to glorify, even though this often meant working overtime without compensation. To make matters worse, all new joiners were pressured into writing positive Google reviews for the company. So, if you're reading glowing reviews online, be cautious—those reviews are often not genuine. The director also displayed a shocking level of miserly behavior, willing to let go of highly skilled candidates from reputable companies just to save a bit of money. It was clear that the bottom line always came before the people, even when it meant sacrificing talent for short-term financial gain. Additionally, the director charges employees for basic office beverages and biscuits, something that should be standard in any workplace. This petty behavior contributed further to the negative environment, where employees felt undervalued and unsupported. In summary, my time at this company was marred by poor leadership, a lack of creativity and support, and an unprofessional approach to managing employees. The temporary contracts, financial instability, unreasonable expectations, and pressure to glorify a toxic work culture made it clear that this organization prioritizes profit over people. I would not recommend working here to anyone seeking stability, respect, or genuine career growth....Read More
