work life balance. cab facilities. Job Stability. The Head of India Hub has some ambitious plans for India, which gives it overall positive outlook. Udemy for learning - access to learning.

Dislikes

Growth is stagnated, opportunities are sometimes not there, and sometimes not known. Compensation is not at par with market standards. A lot depends on your team, and manager. But individual initiatives are encouraged.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
