There is nothing good about this distributor.

Dislikes

there are no policies with this distributor. They change their policy according to the people. Lot of politics and they do lot of snooping at the back. People who are very close to Dubai management are promoted rather than performance. There is no entertainment & it is strictly like a Jail life. They give more power to the accountants rather than business people & they use accountants like informers. When any problem comes they blame the team. There is no salary or career growth. Hence if anyone wants to join, they have to think twice before joining with this distributor as it is a very poor place to work with no clear framework or policies & no power....Read More
