1. Payment is a major issue, it starts with around 12000 p.m. for a degree college lecturer which is around just 30%-40% of industry average. 2. You get appraisal only in terms of responsibility and not in money. 3. I could see my seniors working as lecturer for more than a decade are still getting around 25k p.m. 4. College is not concerned about quality teaching, it just want any random person who is ready to work within 12000 and as per their terms. 5. Expects teachers to do major admin work along with teaching. 6. College do not supports and spend much on extra curricular activities. 7. I worked for around 3 years , but no approval of a single teacher was taken from University, all are unapproved teachers in unaided section of college....Read More
