HR is very supportive, Expenses are good as per other companies, also My reporting Boss is very humble and supportive. Top Management also supports employees.

Dislikes

Work life balance ,job security at its worst, its like 8.30 am to 11 pm for Sales Jobs at catch Spices nowadays. New Sales heads never appreciate hard work and efforts, no get togethers and only complaining . Nothing for team motivation and team building. Only New Sales heads has created Toxic work culture now.

Salary hike is very bad, promotions are given only to sycophants. Promotions, salary hikes are given only to sycophants or relatives. I have served for more than 7 years, 110% hike every year, still there is no salary improvement or promotion in the last 7 years.

Culture is so good... But Not suitable for future purpose.. If you ready for relocation that you can go .. But if you think for a particular location then it's not possible.

Management for Both On role and Casual labour. Contractual workers were not paid their salary on time. Contractor monopoly environment is happening there no one tell about this issue and workers face their problem in every month. They use both on role and contractual manpower for their own purpose but they do nothing and don't think of labour future growth and development

Company treats manager rank guy as labour, You can’t reach to HR as everything is governed by single guy. If you’re not a boot licker,He can ruined your carrier at any point of time.
