Nothing much. I started as a fresher from there and my manager that time was cool so it was fun to work there in beginning. Later things were not easy.

Good place for those who are interested in learning something new on a daily basis.

Dislikes

No place for new ideas and everything here is so wrong. There no such thing called HR department to deal with any kind of grievances. In addition, reporting authority (in management books) will shouts at you for no reason. During the honeymoon period of employment (initial 45 days) you'll get threat for loosing the job. Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
