The salary scale is good, but unfortunately, it's not paid on time. Additionally, every teacher must submit their leave letters before anyone can receive their salary. If someone is on long leave, no one gets paid until they return and submit their letter. This is the worst rule in dream world.

Dislikes

What do I dislike about working at Dream World School? Firstly, the children don't learn how to respect elders or teachers. They even show a lack of respect for their parents, which I've noticed. Secondly, the washrooms are not hygienic. Thirdly, there is no safety; many students fall due to the muddy and slippery road in the school, but the management is least bothered. Fourthly, there is no work-life balance. We must punch in exactly before 9:05 AM; if we are even one second late, a quarter day's salary is deducted. There is no limit on how late we can stay, and sometimes we leave as late as 8:00 PM.
