I like educate the slum childrens they have no facilities nd other benefits but our organization help them to educate specially girl child nd also help their families give them basic and nessesary things like food ,clothes nd first aid tools etc.overall I was satisfied with dream girl foundation organization.

Dislikes

Nothing was dislike to share with naukri .com everything was fine .

Work Details

The job is quite interesting struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session .I learnt everything on the job .

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
