Dislikes

Pashiality with employees. They treat according to post. Schwabe group work from manager level junior level doesn't matter for company.

They will provide the medical facility and medicines at discount and the people there are very humble, cooperative except few

Dislikes

There are few people who made the environment unacceptable at Dr Willmar schwabe and there were less manpower due to which bundle of work have to handle by one person only which went beyond office hours mostly

Only thing I like at Schwabe is that they push to take more responsibilities and multiple tasks at same time which I adopted on continue basis. However, due to which work-life balance impacted badly.
