Likes

The work culture at Dr. Krishna's Cancer Healer Center is its most valuable asset. You can easily tell that this company truly cares about the happiness of its employees. The environment here is very relaxed and calm, even though the work can sometimes be fast paced and stressful. Also, the management is really patient and understanding.

Dislikes

Although steps have been constantly taken to reduce it, there is still a feeling of the company being more reactive than proactive with things sometimes being left to the last minute.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
