Working with a doctor is always a great opportunity one can ever have... company was quite supportive during Lockdown, providing proper safety gears...to frontliners

Dislikes

There are long working hours 9 to 7 and sometimes it becomes 7:30 or late, no cab facility for female staff if they have to stay late,No proper lunch time no specific cafeteria, no pf deductions, growth is slow.

I like the overall management overthere, work culture are also good, all members and doctors are soo good to help in anything about work.it is really good to work here becouse we are helping the cancer patient and getting their blessings, it is really very nice .

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. sometimes , I do receive appreciation emails from my clients ,but they mostly go unnnoticed during my mid-year appraisals.
