The best thing in Dr. JRK's was that the salary was credited on time, other benefits like Mediclaim, ESI etc. were all provided. The culture was great. My immediate manager was Mr. Amit K Sharma (RSM, Delhi), he is very supportive and guides you on every step. The HR, logistics team and all other departments were ready to help whenever you needed. Dislikes

I don't dislike anything as such, but they need to work on their product names and how they present their company. Names like LIPPU Oil, 777 oil aren't catchy and puts an inpression of a 'local company' in doctor's mind while actually Dr. JRK's is a research driven institution and the founder is Padmashree Awardee. But all that doc is concerned about is whether the product is efficient and is good enough to be prescribed or not. 777 is their flagship product, but to an upper class patient it doesn't sound appealing, it sounds like what hawkers sell in trains (no offence). Products like 'Anagen serum' and 'D-Co-D tablets' actually appeal the curiosity of the doc and he/she is interested in knowing more, so the products should have catchy names. Also, they should not hold online meetings during the field time and then expect the executives to actively participate in it while he/she is on the roads. I was challaned by the Traffic police while I was attending a meeting standing on the roadside.
