In past Polytechnics were good to start a career. It was nice platform to learn Lectureship's basic skills there and to develop as a good teacher. However , now even engineering colleges (like BNCOE Pusad and otehr) are struggling to get admissions there is nothing worth to mention about Polytechnics. ITI passed , HSC passed along with SSC entrants are allowed to take admissions at Polytechnic , mostly seeking the scholarship from Government. For Career point of view , it is better to take an admission to nearby Government Polytechnics as JSPM's Polytechnic is one of the self financing (Private) Polytechnic . However having less percentage and unable to get admission at GP , this could be a good option. faculty retention...Read More
