Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

Very bad experience , Don't get a room ter Admission in hospital ,Wife is pregnant and byestander have no room and patient is admitted in Labour room ,govt hosp is far better than this hospital.. Accommodation is very poor .patient runs for every needs
