Tha teammates are really supportive and accepting. Closely knit people and straight forward in their approach although with humility. The exposure to clinical disorders is wide and more than required. Full-fledged psychiatry wards, De-addiction ward and OPD flow of 250 patients per day keeps you fully occupied. Internal politics are there but manageable and will not affect if you don't get involved in such things. If you are sincere, the management supports you even in case someone pulls you into the politics. Work timing is as per any industry requirements. Career growth and salary is not so good as compared to metro city standards. Innovation in the management of a case or of any sort is appreciated and can be implement provided it doesn't cost much to the institution....Read More

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
