There is absolutely nothing to like at Dr. B lal. They don't know in which direction they are going. This is not an employee centric company. The senior management have different vision for everything although they all were blind. if you can love your senior's A** then ifs a great place to spend time otherwise if you want to work hahaha good luck. all gimmick and no work over there.

almost everything, they have no direction and at the end they put the blame on you that you aren't working. appraisal is a joke over there. if you seriously don't want to get yourself an headache join a better company cuz this company aint gonna grow and some people from Hr department need to stop doing back bitching, they might have this show of all love and care but we know how much poison is filled in you....Read More
