You can learn a lot as the company is in the growing stage and there are a lot of initiatives that can be taken that can boost your learning

Dislikes

Work-life balance is tragedic, Everyone there works for a lot more than working hours. My team almost worked 7 days a week with rarely going off. I was tired of not getting any rest day. I even had calls at 12 or 1 in the night

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
