In dominoes we work as a team and I like this more then anything else. We have on job trainer at all the stores and they are providing training to all the new and as well as old employees. Obviously there is a career growth, in dominoes we have several posts so one should give exams and qualify for next level, I mean to say it's al continuas process who will work herd they will get the results.
