Uniform need to change, please increase the salary please provide hourly salary for gdm also because we spend time 12 hour's we work hard but low salary and incentive please increase the salary.... Give some training everyone corner the mistake but didn't correct the mistake this reasons so many people leave the job lot of issues man power, maintanance , equipment, IT but never resolved pending problems many.... Kudos to the org Further the level of autonomy that this company gives to its employees is unprecedented. Given the scale of business 2000+ stores this is one key reason why tenure of employees is on higher side

As a assistant restaurant manager we have to do entire thing Stock receiving . Inventory Cleaning (housekeeper) Even a driver . I don't believe we have to do all those store cleaning and stock receiving

Job security... And appraisal depends on your chamchagiri.. I run a store with very good KPI, Customer satisfaction and EBITDA was 20%, also food cost was very good. but I got only 7% appraisal... But one of employee got 9 %, everything is less than my store performance even EBITDA.
