Its good for safe job .carrer growth is good first but now its normal salary tracking is good here politics is bad in dominos over all good

Shiftime no time of shift its would be 10 hour or its should be 12 hour Training is good Work environment is bad

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
