It is okay to work here for small duration and if you are under a good team lead.

Dislikes

There are many things, salary deduction for late coming, Poor team leads and management, Some team leads don't have technical knowledge. No extra curricular activities.No guidance for talented people. Not many team discussion to build team

Dislikes

No learning, no proper planning of activities related to project, no long term plan, goals and vision. Set process of doing projects, no space to try new things. No promotion, even if you get it won't make any difference as from team lead to any other member does same work.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
