Everything , from the location to the premises to the people . There is absolutely nothing you can like about this company . The CEO is a piece of crap , As a doctor , he has absolutely no empathy towards anyone’s health problems. He legit told one of his employees that he doesn’t care if he’s sick he has to come to office . Secondly , as a female I was mentally stressed by the whole team and especially Suraj Patole and the dumbest HR you will ever see , Prajakta Mahadik. They don’t give proper training, expect you to bring in sales from day 3 . Call you to office for training and teach you for only half an hour and waste your whole day . The salary is never on time . It’s supposed to be credited on 5th , but comes on 10th or 15th . They didn’t even pay me for the time period I worked because I didn’t bring a sale within days of joining . This whole company and whole team can rot ....Read More

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
