In Finanace department Gaurav Rekhi and Swadesh Pathak are worst politicians and manipulators, you will have to work hard to survive and make them successful

Career hazard If it's on 3rd party payroll, onroll managers will use you as slave workers to complete their selfish motto. Late sittings, no extra benefits. Lots of politics

Mostly job is secured , job work culture , skills , work satisfaction , all is site based and as per site civil heads , every sr.vp level incharge itself run a small company of having 100 people under him

No defined kra , rating is just a myth , politics there ,favrotism there , apart from salary under extra major benefits not available at such extent , ano one knows anyone from another site , you are in a small circle of a site ,no job transfer and other HR involvements at site for employee connect.

Unfortunately the good bit about the company is overshadowed by the scavengers working in the senior and middle roles who would do anything and everything like micromanage except do their own jobs

The place has been plagued by the gang that works and gets fired from different brands. The suffocation is evident on the existing dlf employees who were far happier and successful until the gang took over. They’ll hire you without a definitive aim or job structure, tell you upright within 3 weeks that you ll be let go and blame youfor the place’s failure on your 25th day. If you try resisting to their claims, they will attack you with reverse blaming and how your knowledge on certain elements are missing. I can claim, as a fact, that I know 10 more things in proportion than all of them combined,in comparison, to not knowing one they ask. Its food and beverage- grow up. I ll know 20 things that can upstage you and vice versa. Who does that anymore? I think of them as children who wouldnt be able to run a starbucks if they have to. I have impressed corporate heads of bigger brands. I was appreciated by a general manager for training people in a former brand, and to hear anything about my potential and competence, from a head who cannot form sentence structures, who is non deserving of where he stands, a paranoid human who goes to your counterparts to check on what hit you, who will do everything to rant about what hes doing except wctually do it Everybody has one word for him, immature kid who rants about how he stays awake all night because of his subordinates. No work life balance, insulting and humiliating enviornment, termination threat on every meeting to most of the employee by senior management, dirty offices, no HR support for employees, Till the interview and offer everything looks good but once you join they will show their real face. You will fill get trapped on the day 1.

Very very bad company. No work-life in DLF ltd.Very humiliating and insulting job in Termination threat on every meeting to most of the employees of every meeting. Jiski lathi uski bhais. Ye kahani hai hai DLF ki . Agar kisi ka boss hai waha to naukri karo warna apki Marzi.

DLF is branded company no doubt but company has to see staff CTC in same profile. Many staff who are senior getting less CTC and designation.

Dlf is totally bogus company for common man. They show you that not implemented on reality. This company is good for peoples who arounding there boss and showing down to other. If you are working sincerety, honesty and dedication silent but don't know to expose then you are not performing well. Ek kahabat hai ki unchi dukan feeka pakban.
