Work culture is awesome. Work life balance vary on person to person. Its depend on role and responsibility.

There are lot of benefit like udemy business account for career growth, Internet reimbursement, variable pay on yearly. overall great experience.

Work Details

I am software engineer working with various tech stack like Flutter & iOS. Got chance to be a part of product delivery.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Many people are resigning and no new hirings currently hence doesn't feel like working here

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
