Continuous work, as it’s 24/7 service for out of India customers

Dislikes

Work culture is not good, he/she can not take break without reason if he/she wants to take a walk from working continuously. And this depends on who is your team lead. You get break only for 30min It’s a call center but none there wants to call it that way

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
