Made employees work as per their tunes by giving parties and drinks. Three days late marked = half day salary deducted Could not speak to other employees from 10am to 1pm- strict calling as if we were teller callers rather than being HR recruiters.

Directors, managers, and the people coming down from the Main office are so full of themselves. With such high pressure, need to extend the working hours daily so roughly you are away from your home for about 13-15 Hours daily, and if the target is not met these guys were asking to work on weekends as well. So much internal politics and games.

Good work environment, they have good salary hike and bonus/ incentives. Was working in PWFH so didn't meet my Team, only virtually.
