Company provides good work life balance. I cannot say about the other departments, but the HOD of the department that I worked with, was very supportive and practical. I enjoyed the overall company culture which was open, supportive, professional and progressive.

Dislikes

Timely, regular feedback is something that the company lacks in. Stern feedback at the time of appraisal discussion proves to be counterproductive, as it really hurts the morale and motivation levels of the employees.

The only good thing is that leadership at Viacom 18 is good

Terrible work culture. Extremely toxic and non inclusive. Most employees do mot have basic manners or etiquette. Bullying, gossip mongering is at unimaginable heights. It feels more like a solitary confinement in jail rather than a work place which is more open minded. Horrible building and canteen. The canteen does not provide goodfood. Viacom is cheating employees of their money as they have already reserved a part of your package to go into reliance insurance. And the 10 percent variable is sold as something you will get at the end of the financial year but you get only what they want to give you....Read More
