Less no. of staffs are recruited, and you will have to do additional works of other type other than teaching for e.g. marketing, centrally controlled by principal that gives preference to his relative in job. there exists financial crisis in organization due to wrong decision taken by administration. salary is not being paid time to time. there is no job security
