There is so much work which is a good opportunity to learn but in a very difficult environment.

Dislikes

Very bad work culture and very unprofessional environment. Even senior management behaves very unprofessionally. Anyone can scold or abuse you at any place be it meeting room or workstation, Infront of juniors or in mail keeping whole world in CC. Managers are trained for micromanagement even at senior level. If you need to survive here, you need to be one of them. Be a micromanager or postman who keeps passing all information from bottom to top. Managers believe in pointing out fingers to juniors and complaining about them instead of supporting or nurturing them. Greater Noida office is a kind of warehouse where you need to work. Workstations are in very poor condition and not hygienic at all. There is only company cafeteria who serves substandard food at higher rate and there is no other option for food or drinks. If you want to take leave or want to go early then you can however you have to be available after office hours. Also technical people are good and very supportive.

Work management is very poor, everything you have to do on urgent basis. Company policies are very poor like: exit policy, variable policy Its like a ‘Jail’… If you want to exit then either you have to abscond or serve 90 days np… no buyout option. You have to be available 24*7…. Production issues mostly occurs during night time and you have to be available at that time also next morning you have to come office on time. No comp-off for weekend or late night working. Office location is very bad....Read More
