1. Totally "Lala Company". 2. Very bad management 3. All decision is taken by MD and, CMD only. 4. Very poor food quality, no changes in menu for a long long time. 5. No job security, may be out within 5 minutes, no resignation no notice. 6. Selection on reference only. 7. All are treated like a bonded Labour. 8. There is no HRPolicy. All Policy is based on MD and CMD mood. 9. Last working days or months salary is not paid by the contractor. 10.
