When I first joined the company, it was a fantastic place to work. Both the employees and managers were excellent. However, the atmosphere changed drastically when the directors hired a new CEO and HR head. Their leadership disrupted the company's operations, creating a toxic work environment for everyone.

Dislikes

The FNF payout is still pending, even though it has been over a year since I left the company. Officially, the payout was supposed to be completed within 45 days of the last working day, but despite the considerable passage of time, I have yet to receive it. This delay is extremely disappointing.

These people don't see above their own benefit. Employees jaaye bhaad mei is their policy. Not even considerate for seniors. No proper team leads and managers. Only the digital marketing head is good.
