Only one thing is good at Digiana and that is Premises of the Company's Head Office.

Dislikes

There is no growth, no job security & no employee entitlements (They will not even give you monthly leaves) and yes if an employee wish to take leave, then they have to sacrifice their salary of that particular day. As per Digiana policy an employee should also work on public holiday. For instance, Diwali, Gandhi Jayanti, Dussehra etc. Yes you can celebrate these festivals as well but, you have to pay for it in the terms of your salary for that specific day....Read More
