No work-life balance More workload, due to no trained resources, Even during the holiday(festival) make you work. The project schedule will always be tight. The project manager and management do not well behave pressurizing constantly. Standards are not set properly, and not followed.

Worst office timings. U have to work for 13-14hours without fail, if u work even for 12 hours they will cut salary, 14hours with the work time. Even after that no OT. They will treat u like dum, and ask u to even tight nut and bolt. U have to work all 7days, and they don't pay any extra money for that. I have lost of health, andsleep after joining.
