Variety of projects to work on, which definitely improves one understanding of the technology they are working on. One of the best places to start your journey as software development engineer.

As it is a startup, the salary and other monitory benefits are lower than one might expect

I would like to say that ther is no much job security, work culture is bad and work like balance is even worst, Management is biased, company policies can change anytime and ask u to sign updated offer letter anytime.

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
