I liked working here as a Biology teacher, the staff are cooperative, infrastructure is good, maintenance is good,

I dislike like the career growth, no increments I found in the three years of service here but got the salary on time every month.

Work Details

I worked as a Biological Science Teacher, and also, Science Lab In charge for about 3 and half years. My work was slightly challenging, as I have to look after multiple sections , here in the school, TRC (Teachers' Resource Center) work, etc.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

I love the fact that I was a part of Diamond Jubilee High school (ICSE), Mumbai. My colleagues were very friendly and helpful. The institution is open to new ideas

Dislikes

The growth here is slow also while staff leaving time they keep workshops and seminars without prior informing so it becomes a bit difficult to adjust our schedule when such unexpected things occur, also lots of emphasis is given to board display that has to be done by teachers in a short time span. Genuine medical condition (mine) was not considered so I had to resign
