Lots of things to learn, it have wide sacle of product, almost all lines PET CSD, RGB, Tetrapack, Canister. Many type of drinks like carbonated, non carbonated friut juice, water.

Dislikes

Very low salary, not treated as quality executive, you have to work like chemist. Company gives more benefits to operator and other post person except quality Execute(chemist)

The management wasn't transparent at all providing very poor benefits and improper annual salary hike. Food quality at canteen was terrible with rude, ill-mannered and disrespectful workers.

The only good thing about DBPL are the co-workers. They are helpful. The likes end right here.

Dislikes

The management is as bad as it can be. Salary hikes are negligible(Working here for almost 7 years). There's no appreciation of your work. Also work life balance is very bad. During summers one needs to work on almost every Sunday. There are no proper appraisal system or anything of that sort. If you have good rapport with the management/team leaders then only you can get some hikes. Basically people join here just for the experience and knowledge and leave as soon as they get a better opportunity. But if you are good at oiling then you can earn by practically doing nothing. Don't expect any training , certifications or learning opportunities to be provided by the company. Also the notice period is 3 months. Overtime pay is less than the regular salary. No work life balance. Unacceptable appraisals. Bad work culture. No adherence to the quality and safety culture. Even if you die working they don't care. No fixed shift even in same week. No holidays or off weekends. Sometimes you work for 2 months straight, with overtimes, during peak months. Impossible to maintain sanity while working.

From outside it looks company belongs to Coca-Cola but in real it is a franchise unit of Coca-Cola. Never expect Management and Hr department will cooperate with you.

Not much pressure. If you can be smart, you don't need to work much! JUst get your documents right and audit ready and you're god to go.

Work Culture is pathetic. Most of the regulations are only followed on paper. Management only cares about production and fulfilling orders. The entire QA team is just for show. Nothing is done as per the standard protocols. Salary structure is also extremely poor. No proper structure of increment.
