Management is good. Company is very humble and looks after it's employees. Working culture is good. There are no leg pulling. Colleagues are very cooperative. Company policies are good and give preference to their employees.

It's the company only meant for profitability, no concern and support from management and immediate supervisor. Sales force decorating there rule but company focus on buttering and fluttering of seniors sales.

Production Senior Manager is very very bad and egoistic person, and full of attitude(like a woman) , but his knowledge is very little and shows he has full of knowledge about the relevant field. According to me and 90℅ of staff he is zero and don't have any knowledge.
