The Company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. The Office location is near the Railway station. Work environment is good.

Dislikes

Growth is slow and some times work pressure is very high. Salary increment is not sure. Govt. Holidays are not confirm. no Half day on Saturday. working time morning 10:00 am to 6:30 pm

Work Details

Purchase & Sales Entry with monthly Register maintain. Preparing Cheques as per due dates. Salary & Wages Entry with PF, ESIC, PT and other deduction. Site Expenses and advances. Maintain Register of HO Petty Cash. Maintaining Details in Excel Sheet,

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
