Poor work culture and stressful work environment. Small projects mostly migration related and they try to put less resources to get their work done by putting lot of pressure on them and to meet the deadline. Onshore consultants lack leadership skills.

Talking about Job security even during pandemic situation company did not have a single lay off or pay cuts or even reduced hikes what was promised they delivered, would also like to mention they even went out and reached out to ex employees and re hired those who had lost the jobs due to lay off's. Culture wise the best work culture here there is no micro management everybody is self sufficient and knows to give there best . Management also is the best as any one in the company irrespective of there designation can contact anyone in the Management positions and discuss anything they can even reach out just to have there moral boosted if they are feeling low and our MD Amit Jain doesn't hesitate even for a single second to attend to your queries, actually he insists everyone to get in touch.
