I have wasted my time by working in shared services center in India. There are plenty of cons, but Ive written only few here. 1. I have seen a lot of politics from the head of desmi india, shared service center team 2. Here hikes will be offered in two methods. Method 1 : If you will follow all the instructions of the SSC head then you will get a good hike. here few activities should be done like doing naughty jokes, sharing the personal and professional information, sharing the other employees personal information, always should give positive response against head ssc, dance in cab, singing in cab and so on. Method 2 : If you work hard in any roles in desmi india ssc team it goes in a vain because your job work will be like data entry job. If you follow method 1 atleast you will get a good salary. and If you don't follow method 1 and only focus on job work then you will get low hike. Hence, chit chat is very important than work. 3. No cab facility for all the employee's. 4. No pantry / canteen 5. Training will not be offered in a structured model. 6. No covid precautions, even anyone tested positive. 7. No work from home option in any case. DESMI is a very good company & well supported by foreign team, but the local management is worst they are not capable to understand the practical issues.

DESMI SSC: This is an legendary work atmosphere where you will be hearing lot of filthy, unworthy, useless rumours which are mainly handled by mangers people regarding other employees that usually destroys your intrest in life. Mainly the great manager here have a group of favourite people where only those people can be expected to get a greater chance of promotions and higher bonus. Usually all the rest of employees in SSC are treated as normal and they expect you to do your work with much workload compared to favorite people. The normal employees will be settled in teams where lot of work gets dumped and when compared to favorite people will get placed and moved to such a team where 60% of their working hours they will be seen sitting idle and chit chatting. Inspite of all these employees are hired with very very low packages, where all cannot afford their basic needs with that salary. It takes some time for new employees to find out the bitter side of this organization, when they started to see the management in correct employees feel like to run away like anything. Also there is no Basic Cafeteria, no meintainance of water filters, improper washrooms where only 1 washroom is available for atleast 50 men and 2 washrooms for womens. I would like to tell an new employee who is ready to join Desmi SSC, that do not get melt for this 5 days working and timings, I promise you that at some point of your service you will remember this comment and this will make you feel regret. Un favorite employees have a barricade not in promotions and growth also they will control you and not let you learn various things which will improve your skills. There will be no proper trainings for other employees and they will try to hand over you more and more responsibilities even after you get completely occupied. No one will recognize your effort and I actually felt like wasted my precious time here and valuable efforts, only person who will recognize is that yourself. Full politics, Indian management is very bad. Don't join this company at the time of interview they will tell lot of bla bla bla don't trust. If you want to spoil your career go ahead and join this company it will ruined your future.
