The work environment is chill and fun. Owners are very understanding and supportive. You get to learn a lot while working with everyone. Quality of work is superb as everyone enjoys working. They also have a good clientele.

Working at Designbox was a learning experience because it was my first internship, which later became full-time employment. I learned most of what I know about copywriting and content writing from this studio.

Dislikes

To begin with, the salary is not competitive. Since I was a beginner, I did not know the market value and settled with their first offer. I worked with them for over a year and there was no concept of appraisal, at least for me. I was the sole content writer in the entire studio. When I took a 5-day leave for the first time during my entire duration, my boss made a passive-aggressive remark about it. Eventually, when I handed in my notice, I was not paid my full salary and was given the excuse of them believing I didn't work hard enough for the company. Overall, if you wish to learn at an entry-level and money isn't a factor, I'd say it's a good place to start.
