To no honest, I don’t. There’s a lot of work every time and not even a penny extra. Nor there have been any appraisals. Just one thing, when you tend to make a mistake she does support you

Almost everything. You need to be really bold with your work and language to get anything noticeable but there won’t be any monetary appreciation or raises of any kind.
