BOSSES are very good, polite and respectful. Company work culture is good. Company takes care of the employees. Work is easy. Mostly residential projects. Small firm. Celebrations and parties keep happening.

Dislikes

They put us on unpaid leave during 2nd lockdown.

My work revolved around visting clients, site visits, drfting and designing as per client's requirements nd holding large projects over time.

I learned new skills there. They adopt new technologies.

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high. I have to work 10 to 12 hrs a day. There is no job training for the freshers so we seniors have to handle them as well with the work pressure.
