No benefits,management just wants to find the reason to deduct salary, they dont even follows any laws, different empolyee different rate of salary deduction,half day salary Deduction for 1mint late also, but if you work till 9p.m or 10 p.m you will get nothing for that,no fixed job role you have to do everything the management wants you to do, even there personal work, house work like there children school admission to there hospital admission process....Read More
