"During my tenure at DELPHI TVS, I was disheartened by the apparent lack of accountability and discipline among certain supervisors. Despite underperforming and displaying unprofessional behavior, they were not addressed, whereas others were let go without proper evaluation. This disparity in treatment was the most distressing aspect of my experience."

There is no job security at all , Anytime they can fire you for even the slightest mistake. It’s been only 10 days since i joined #Dealsflow consultancy , neither do they provide any training nor is anyone there to teach you, very poor work culture never recommend anyone to join that office !
