- you get to learn a lot, from a production perspective, batch processing, managing losses, team handling, you get a good, responsible team here, i got an opportunity where i got a very supportive manager, he helps you learn through the journey, got to try some experiments to reduce damage, improve productivity etc. overall good company for learning
