Horrible work environment. No free transportation, no cafeteria, no team outing, no childcare. You might not have any personal life left as senior will literally say things on your face like "You'll have so much work, you will not be able to sleep". school hours are never enough for them. Sundays are just a joke to them, they make you work on every Sunday. Not an extra penny for extra hour work. Instead if you are 3 seconds late punched,even if there was a storm or riot on your way, they will cut your pay (literally happened to many employees here). Job training or skill training? Don't even think about it... Trainings is another way for them to take your entire week-day including your Sundays and Saturdays (all this without pay). You'll have to prove your every single work 7-8 times in 7-8 ways to 7-8 people, until you loose your mind. if you love teaching then it's not the place, it only 10% teaching. It was a pleasure working under HM Mrs. Shoma lahiri and loved the teaching experience with students. Workshops and teaching methodologies used by us were really good.

Dislikes

They don't give experience letter. Staff at HR and even principal keep changing. Stay backs were unplanned and unexpected. A lot more things could be better but the politics and buttering is superhit in the staff.

I liked the fact that in dps society school, there is a good growth in carrer and here is salary is also according to your need and your hard work and an institute giving a good environment for children to study.there is also job security that you will not be removed from your job without any reason
