All though the company is really good and a great platform to grow and take new challenge but in present situation (COVID-19) they terminated maximum employees stating that the company has no funds to pay you anymore.

Dislikes

Everything was great but the career path is not defined for people working with organization from last 5 or 10 year. Still most of them at same level.

Work Details

Initially it was little difficult to move into travel retail due to shift timing but later I was enjoying.

Work days: Rotational Shift (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
